The 2019 Conference for Celebrating the International Labor Day and for Granting National May 1st Labor Awards and the Honorary Title of “National Worker Pioneer” was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on April 23.
The 17th Division and the Xianfeng Electronic & Information Co., Ltd. of CSSG of CASIC were granted the National May 1st Labor Awards; Li Zhangshou, Deputy Chief Engineer of the 41st Division of the Sixth Research Institute was awarded the National May 1st Labor Medal; the Equipment Maintenance Section of the Production Technology Preparation Department of Aerospace Mitsubishi of China Aerospace Automotive Co., Ltd. won the honorary title of “National Worker Pioneer”.
It is reported that a total of 92 collectives and 695 individuals were granted the national-level May 1st Labor Awards and the May 1st Labor Medals, and 797 collectives won the honorary title of “National Worker Pioneer”. In addition, with new laborers emerging in new forms and modes of industries and new fields, the All China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) will increase the number of award winners in these fields in the future.
